What is a Leadership Assessment?

A leader is someone who can self-generate, expand the capacity of others, and do this in alignment with who they are.  Being a leader is not defined by a title; it is defined by the capacity to approach things constantly as situations of learning, over and over, with authenticity, self-awareness, and humility/heart, and extend that to others.
