The practice of including your experience.
Contacting the subtle body (our emotional, subconscious, feeling body) is a key part of change. This can be esp. important if the change we’re going through connects or reveals element at the core of who we are, our programmed experiences, and nervous system.
The need for this work and attention can be surprising, in cases unwelcome or even unknown. It may appear like a barrier that you can’t get by or through. Or it may be a part of you, that you are not normally in touch with.
- Somatic work can be an element brought into leadership and personal coaching, as relevant and desired.
- You can also contact me directly about your topic, and we can see if we can develop a somatically-focused approach that makes sense for you.
